Brookwood Guitars crafts handmade cigar box guitars, mostly out of reclaimed Australian timber.

The “Cigar Box Guitar” was born out of hard times during the great depression of the 1930’s. It was particularly popular in the American South, where sitting on the front porch and singing the blues was a popular pastime.
